The intuitive two-part assembly requires no special tools. The upper cover clips over the valve handle from above, and the lower foot slides into place to lock both halves together, enabling fast application and removal by trained personnel.
With a 9.5 mm lock hole accepting standard padlock shackles, this device integrates seamlessly into existing LOTO programmes. It also supports the use of a safety rope, allowing multiple personnel to apply their own locks simultaneously for group lockout scenarios.
